How long have you been at CommUNITY and what do you love most about our church?
I have been at the church since about 2016. What I love most about our church is the closeness among all of us. No judgment against others. We seem like family caring for each other.
What is your role and ministry focus at CommUNITY Church?
I am one of the Deacons and I’m very active in the Latchkey program and meals ministry. I truly feel lead to serve at Community Church.
What is your favorite verse or passage in scripture and why?
My favorite verse is Psalm 139:23-24. This Psalm helped me through a rough time of anxiety, and I read this Psalm everyday for months. The verses 23 and 24 I use as a prayer.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.
